Aneela: I feel terrible for your lost dollars. I am not understanding your point? You just stated that the COC said their is no facility "as of now" No one said there is one now did they?

All the COC can do for you is state that they don't know of a facility. They also stated that a facility does not have to go through them. What are you expecting the SEC to do with this info?

I understand you say you have other info that is more serious, but this seems like a dead end if you're holding it up as your key evidence.
