It's a BK stock, I don't need anyone to do DD for me. It's all in the filings. Fact is, there's so much hidden here and not out in the open, you guys just say "look over there for the DD!" and barely point out the negatives on this. Some of you are clearly good at doing the DD. All you have is filings in the IBOX and nothing substantial in the stickies other than the fact that an Equity Committee was thrown together. Red flag!

I tell you what though, if this company can get past the garbage, the judge starts ruling favorable towards investors for the company, and pull all that precious copper out of the ground, this stock will fly. Unfortunately, without a bigger DIP fund, and with a high chance of commons being cancelled, as well as the money hungry sharks circling this, there doesn't seem to be a huge chance of unsecured commons recovery.
