There are a lot of longs here that are heavily invested and beleive in the technology and current leadership. We have weathered side steps and rescheduled dockets many times in the past. Regardless, we are still in the best position we have been in years. Sure some of us were dissapointed to hear that the state court case was delayed yet again. We'd all like more visibility into the motive of current management, however we don't have it so we need to go off court documents and inside purchase as cues.

I suspect the next significant movement is when news of the t-mobile settlement comes down. If the federal case is postponed, the stock will dip again. If a settlement is reached it will spike through the roof, and if it proceeds to the marksman hearing, it will most likely go up as the results of the hearing are published.
