In the Disclosure Statement approval hearing, there was an attorney that spoke on behalf of a block of 70% of the WAHUQ's saying that they were fine "spending their money" (because, at that/this time, the cost of the Disclosure Statement reduces the H's pot o' money).

So, without jumping to conclusions completely, I think that is indicative of that block voting FOR the plan.
