Anyone who expects Daic to actually go to trial soon is due to be disappointed. Daic gives every appearance of being a career opportunist unemcumbered by a sense of fairness. He has a network of interests that is tough to follow. He will twist and turn and do everything to avoid actually going to trial. His record with CLYW is, in the opinion of many, a clear case of criminal activity aimed at getting rich quick and the stock holders be damned. If you are investing in CLYW because you think Daic will be disposed of soon you are likely to be disappointed. However, I believe the TM deal will pan out and go around Daic. I expect some deal to be announced by the beginning of 2011. YMMV.
