pendragon.....the lawyers havent done anything wrong or unethical...I think you are confused

they have been retained

they will gather information

make a decision as to whether they want to continue to represent IMGG

make reccomendations to IMGG

if IMGG doesnt follow reccomendations they could sever relationship

it really is that simple
