Every investment has positives and negatives associated with it.

Here are some examples of LFBG negatives that can and will have an effect on the pps going forward.

(1). Share structure. The number of diluted shares, outstanding shares and authorized shares is extremely high when compared to assets and revenues. 700 million shares diluted last quarter can not be absorbed by current events and devalue the overall share value.

(2). Continual losses. The company doesn't make a profit. The only profitbale quarter this company has ever shown was due to a fire at the warehouse hwere they stored their inventory. They have never turned a profit based on their own business model of revenues vs. expenses.

(3). The PC gaming segment is losing fround more and more every day. And the move to other platforms is expensive. LFBG has never had a reasonable cash position as they have relied on dilution to cover their expenses.

(4). Inability of management to control costs causing the need for insane dilution.

(5). Slow sales of previous Left Behind titles

That is a short list of negatives that can and will have an impact on the stock. When one invests they do so by weighing the positives vs. the negatives and determining a range where they believe they may or may not be able to make a trading profit. There are many other factors such as MOMO that can influence movement of the stock.

As you can see the MOMO is temporary and the stock will always settle into a lever that is more in line with actual value of the stock/company.

I am guessing WalMart can be used as some kind of positive sign but remember with additional outlets come additional costs for making additional games as well as distribution costs. Also, I see very little in the way of advertising from LFBG so how will people discover the games?

Have you ever seen a Left Behind advertisement anywhere? If you were going to WalMart and stumbled into the PC game section what would draw you to Left Behind?

These are all factors that will determine sales, profits and share value. To state that nobody wants to talk about negatvies would suggest that people do not want to see a balanced disucssion about the pros and cons of LFBG which would seem rather odd considering that this forum is here specifically for that purpose.
