Because you don't understand the business that Roth and Dr Chris are trying to take advantage of. The key date was Sept 15th, which was the last chance to enter the "flu season pipeline". A HUGE failure on the part of Roth, which just confirmed ASFX's dismal showing at the June trade show. They got ZERO POs from that show. And this was confirmed by Dr Chris on Oct 14th, 2010, via the S-1a. That show was BIG TIME.
