IF there really are shorters/MM's playing shorting games, hitting the bid with small amounts is smart, as they are testing the strength of the bid. Once they find softness at a certain level; that's where they will commit their capital to average in. What happens at this stage then is a battle of attrition. 'Who has more money'; the shorts or the longs? In normal markets, longs are usually stronger as the majority of funds are long, but that isn't usually the case in OB./pink stocks as funds are not generally involved in them. Do you believe a fund is involved in OTOW? Possible, but not likely. For these types of issues to truely take off, fundalment news is required, as technicals usually result in a pump and dump pattern. Will we see another dump here like we did several months ago? Maybe; the majority of OB/Pinks have pump and dump patterns. Will OTOW be an execption this time? Maybe. It's having a REAL pr (which excludes a Buyins plug) or a significant earnings report that sustains an uptrend for OB/pinks. Lets see it.
