sidehill: Do you believe that Hop-on is filing tax forms? Do you believe Hop-on is paying royalties to holders of patents used in Hop-on phone(s)? (Remember the long, long string of PRs telling that Hop-on was licensing patents from top companies? Were those PRs a silly attempt by michaels to suggest that Hop-on was on a par with the great companies?) Do you believe Hop-on gives employees W-2 forms? Do you believe gannon and michaels file personal tax forms? I say believe because we have no hard evidence (such as SEC filings or audited financials) that Hop-on obeys any laws, rules, and procedures.
