i'm still interested - up to the last gasp. and beyond.

last Feb - Mar 2010 my investment was worth <10% (and dropping)of the 100K I had put in. No different from most everyone else. This following near shipwreck on d-day anyway. I simply wanted to meet with the CEO because frankly there was fuming and spitting and venom on this board then, as now, and hear for myself from someone that knew something beyond opinion. That meeting transpired after that CEO, who had agreed to meet, exited and the the new CEO agreed. I was joined by two SHs(in May) - what we learned from the CEO was only the words he was able to tell us but it was not information that would give anyone a warm fuzzy feeling - most of which you all now know - for 1 he was not allowed to operate as a CEO and 2 he was forced to resign his position on the board leaving only 1 BOD! That stinks and it still does. Why anyone would want to run this alone defies logic but what do I know. If you succeed you are everyone's hero which we are all praying that is the case. If you fail it is typical of human behavior people want to blame everything/ everyone - wife, SHs, CEO, Pre. Obama, dog, etcetc. Laser is about as much to blame as my adopted cat. 160 million shares rallied to Laser when the chips were down. They are still down and the difference between what they were down in May, and now, still equal sub-penny friends - so what has changed besides control?. So let's blame Laser for the fact the CEO MIGHT NOT (repeat - might not) file on time. I guarantee you this - many of you would rally back to Laser and he'd be your big pal if he mailed the CEO out-of-pocket another $15 grand to get the filing done. Maybe some of you would still spew venom at one guy who cared for you. The Rat has never waivered nor will he. We are all hugely disappointed in our investment. But you are wrong to blame any individual for it's demise. It worries me that an individual wants total control of this beast. I can't fathom that but will I blame him alone like you guys blame Laser? I don't think so. I will remain puzzled at what he was thinking at the brink of being delisted. Scrambling for money? Already has the money and getting it done? Crying? What? It won't matter much unless he pulls it off and buys another 3 months somehow. I want 100,000,000 shares returned. We will have a fighting chance at funding if those shares are there to be had. So, if we don't get delisted we still need the shares returned. The value of your investment will improve 20% and someone might take a look at the technology if there is substance here beyond an idea. The company has been looted, the former 'controllers' recommended a reverse split when we were negotiating. Hell no! Return the 100,000,000 we aren't reversing anything. Otherwise this is going to court now that we have an attorney that believes there is a fighting chance. Even if we lose the case there is a great chnace the truth of it all will come out. 43,000,000 of those 100,000,000 had been reached by agreement - none have been returned and the defendents still want the suit dropped - including me, your company, and probably all of us because no one wants another pain in the ass. But the suit (that has no merit) is filed so we'll see what happens anyway.

I'm weary of sharing with all of you the things that concern me and you are all weary of reading this palaver. But - I will not waiver my position. I am not a smart man, Jenny. Those guys watch the investments they make much closer than I do and they fly to work in helicopters like many of you bright young stars out there. But this dummy won't waiver - i won't shift sides in a battle. So, Readytolive - Laser put the nail in by not putting up $10 - 15,000 more of his money to keep us from getting delisted? C'mon. I am proof investors are still interested and I can name a few more. I'll be interested even after we are delisted if that should happen. You won't be able to dump your shares if that happens. I'm not so sure that's altogether a bad thing. What about the patents? I'll be interested won't you?

Hang in there Ready.

Cheers all,
rat
