Molen said there is a leased plant in Georgia

Vega lease in Tifton can NOT be validated

FACT: Mr. Molen confirms a signed Lease for the building and land in Tifton Georgia
FACT: Mr. Molen refuses to prove it by providing the address for validation.
FACT: Mr. Molen stated he "hoped" pictures and the address would be posted on the Vega web site.
FACT: Mr. Molen does not want to disclose the address due to investors validating the information by calling the Landlord.
FACT: The non-disclosure explanation conflicts with posting the address on the Vega web site.
FACT: The Vega leasehold property in Tifton Georgia can NOT be validated at this time.

I agreed to let Mr. Grant post my comments because there was nothing in
that email that hasn't already been released to the public.

Our policy is not dictated by what others think we should do. Our
obligation is to make announcements within three days of a "material"
event. Signing the Lease was not a "material" event.

What is going on with that board is a perfect example of why we do things
the way we do them. We know that as soon as we post the address and
pictures, there will be people that inundate the landlord and just like
some of the things that have been going on, there would be people that
would trash the company to the landlord and I don't want that to happen.
We have a great relationship with him and I want to keep it that way.

As stated, the details of that facility will be shared with the public in
due time.
