Communication would require money. They would have to put out information in a pr. There is also no guarantee that Scott will give the patents to Exobox. It depends on where Exobox is at that point. If the deal with Kampa goes through, Scott would probably work with Exobox on other projects because he wants the shareholders to end up with something. Scott is not happy with the failure of Exobox at this point either.
