Bio-Matrix Scientific Group Inc. (Pink Sheets:BMXG) is negotiating a long-term contract with a major engineering and manufacturing firm to assist the Company in product development and manufacturing of its stem cell and tissue management instruments. The Company indicated that, in the event of successful negotiations, it believes it could be in production by mid-summer 2005.

With the Company's filing of its first patent relating to its stem cell and tissue management instruments, and now in this critical phase of negotiations in hopes of reaching a definitive agreement on instrument development and manufacturing, Bio-Matrix is quickly positioning itself and executing its business plan to attain managements' collective goal of becoming revenue producing at the earliest achievable date.
