these mm's are some of the biggest institutions in the world...what makes you think they dont have full control over what goes on?? they can drive the price any way they wish...anytime they want...the OTC is not regulated the same way the bigger exchanges are...this is why in this market mms play a big role in what goes on...i dont understand why that is some conspiracy theory to some of you...im not saying its happening right now...but it has happened many many times in the past and is going on right now in other stocks as we speak...its just a fact of life in the otc market...son
