I mean it's quite simple. If the ubers do start with the "next year" routine again the writing will be on the wall. One might argue it is already on the wall with inaction for the last 9 months, but to go into 2011 with no word on an official filing is DOOM. No other way to spin. I will then be doing the only official filing, which will be my losses come tax time on shares I can't sell.

Everybody has their point where they file this as a loss for taxes. That's my point AND we are rapidly approaching it with only five workable weeks left this year to hear NEWS.
