Maybe typo. Nov 7 should be correct. That's when this was filed.
Anyway, the a/s increase and two R/S are only proposal for proxy and the decision will be made no before the meeting scheduled on 12/29 this year. So you have time to sell even by selling tomorrow or waiting for some pop playing only with chart. You have more than a month, no worry now.
