There are way too many restricted shares out there that are either unrestricted at this point, or being sold into the market regardless of the restriction. I still do not believe the company is directly diluting. Old pre R/S ers and companies who had debt restructuring via restricted etc and pouring em on(see sswc for the exact same situation). I could be wrong, but im not a wool over the eyes person. I dropped the D word right on CLDR when i saw it happen over there, and i hold a bag. I was fortunate over here at ICOA, and i hope they come through with all their promises and make everyone else here fortunate as well!
