Welcome Windough Shopper,good to see that others recognise the potential in HWEG,.I communicated with Matt Flemming(CFO)this past week.Matt asked me to be candid about our dialog but relate facts and ideas in my own words.I will pass on only truthfull information that has been given to me.Hemiwedge is an aggressive young company within an ENORMOUS industry which has Patented a Valve system second to none.Their corporate/development/production facility is impressive and stocked to fulfill the new domestic and foriegn orders who have recognized the many benifits of a valve assembly such as Hemiwedges. Matt has explained that their growth over the past year has been expodential and the quantity and quality of new orders is VERY EXCITING.Hemiwedge,, to prove it's self to it's shareholders is AGRESSIVLY working on bringing it's SEC filing status current.Matt is sure that the 2009 audit reports will most likely be released in the next several weeks(with promising results it appears),,,then quickly completing the 2010 quarterlies that will also illustrate to it's investors that Hemiwedge is is here to stay and is working DILIGENTLY to make a strong place in the industry while giving back to those who stand along with the company as it GROWS..Good investing!!!
