None of the 3 companies that have owned the 5 patents -- Wytec (the inventor), then Ohana (which bought Wytec) and now MDGC (which merged with Ohana) -- have been able to license or otherwise monetize them.

The patents have never proven to be significant by technolgy market forces despite claims of attempts to license them by all 3 owner entities. Therefore, it's not necessary to provide a "technical" reason why they are not "worthy." The technolgy marketplace has proven them not to be significant.

It's up to the company and those like you who would claim that these old (in the short life span of this kind of technology) patents have significant value.

therealtruth10: Perhaps you can provide "technical reasons" why the 5 patents are supposedly significant and valuable despite well over a decade of showing little to no value.

Since MDGC claims that LDMS providers infringe the patents, can you explain why the company hasn't engaged a law firm to file patent infringement lawsuits? Is it possible that this claim is just hype?
