What I think the problem is that all these companies that want to merge with OPTZ want a bigger piece of the pie. And thats why the dilution. I guess the smart people are buying these cheapies.

I think we will have a monster 3rd Qtr

they kept on saying in the CC that the shareholders will be satisfied with the qtr and that it will restore shareholder value
