Yes according to z....

Came from a loyal shareholder who wants to help the company.
JBII's Blending Site used to have $230,000,000 annual revenues.

So a plant that was once this busy just closed up for no reason but is still a usable viable asset. It was sold by a loyal shareholder for almost nothing. Has there been any estimates on how much it will cost to rehab this plant? It can not be 100% ready to go. I guess the land has no value either.
Or perhaps a relative just needed 130K.
