I just got word that a salvage contractor was hired to remove some of the components from Laidlaw Berlin Biopower. The contractor is performing the work for the cost of the salvaged metal and such. This is saving Laidlaw a lot of money by not having to pay to have it removed.

Pre-construction has begun. Tick tock.
