mith, the holder said it was fine to let some people know.

"One of the big GVDI holders talked to Annette, the wife, yesterday morning. She guaranteed a PR regarding the new direction/merger within 10 days. Guaranteed was her word. We're keeping it off the boards for now for various reasons.

This guy owns 2.5 million shares and he's smart, I've talked to him several times. IMO he wouldn't have told me if he wasn't 100% sure she was sincere, and he was."
