Been there done that.. They are send a tech out tomorrow.. Last week they told me my problem was the modem, so they would not give me a free modem charged me $75 but, they gave me my service for 19.99 for a year normal 49.00 so now I have a new modem that is no better then my old one, and will send it back and make them refund me, and still keep the service for 19.99,, I tink the problem is at the slick, so I will tell the guy to put me on a different port.. nothing wrong with wiring, clean fresh line to the demark...
