Thanks for the info. However, I think those are the same phone nbrs. and email from 2007. The phone nbr is disconnected and no reply from the email. The last pr that came out in 2007 said that they could not pay a $400,000 something loan and they were putting the company into receivership and closed the Toronto office and left the Atlanta office open to finish up the business. I keep thinking that Hamilton was up on some SEC charges or a lawsuit. Can't remember if I ever heard how that came out. My opinion is that this is a dead company and someone is trying to entice people to think it is actively trading so they can unload some of their luggage. JMHO. I would suggest that you do a indepth DD before jumping in. GLTY.
