How can you confirm, but still ask for an extension


to remove claims. BCFC? Confirm "in principle", but subject to another 120 days?

Maybe this explains some of the volume -- chart looks interesting.

On another board -- Forest talk -- there was a comment about Richard taking over from David and a 24 million payout -- which cannot be substantiated.

Dynegy -- Miller talking about nat gas prices going up -- which explains why most people in the know -- say buy lumber. Cash prices still over $276 (futures lower -- but should come closer through expiry -- 15th -- I think for November -- then the games until date of first delivery).
