To the huge number of investors (3) so disappointed in Kat.

The future looks so bleak and uncertain, you need to sell
immediately if not sooner. Move to a more conservative
strategy maybe a money market account.

I am not attacking anyone but only offering a more secure
investing platform. Those feeling management is concealing
information search the Web for the companies releasing the
most pr's. They can be found.

Move to those investments and sleep soundly at night.

I am a serious investor in the Kat companies. I realize we are
under NDA agreements and must limit what is offered. We have one
of the best legal teams on Wall street and must rely on their
advise in the release of information. My understanding our
management has been recently in meeting with other players.
While in any negotiations it is foolish to release any info.

Kats time will come, those patient will benefit.
