Def a sure sign of insider trading. I would expect huge news regarding the gold plot in Ghana to be released very soon. No one buys that many shares of a failing stock. Someone knows something big and we will all know soon enough. Look for even more PPS RUN with news :) Load em now and hold em tight is my advice!
