It appears you have been burnt quite badly in the past, some very bitter vibes for a board moderator, is that fair to the other stock holders on this board? It is what it is, I agree with you that in my research the April 22nd date should be used, but I also believe their is a new opportunity to accumulate cheaper shares to gain more of a dividend as well. You can look at this both ways, as a newer investor with VIVK I will believe the company until proven wrong. If this deadline does not come together I would join you in your position, at this time it's not appropriate to new investors as a board moderator. JMHO
