Looking at the resistance line, it does look like if .0030 is cleanly broken we will have a new uptrend. As the triangle narrows next week it will be interesting to see which way we break out. Based on the money flow over the past two months (it has been up) I think that there is an 90+% chance that we break out to the up side.
