There is a million dollars (or so, probably somewhat less than that now) worth of stock that needs to be unloaded, not by the company, but due to the previous owners of the SSWC shell. That is being dribbled into the market and keeping the price low. Once that is gone, you'll see this start to find it's true baseline and build from there. IMHO
