These are just some of my thoughts
1) Improvement in processes using two condensers
2) Now there is talk of 30T processor. Why? Because the process is faster and more can be converted. If JBII is targeting one run in 8h, then they may need more plastic/run to prevent down time.
3) This leads me to then postulate that all current data is obsolete. Why, DEC may want to know emissions/hour. If the process runs faster data changes.
Now there is talk of a continuous run lasting 5 days. This sounds like they are still testing things and are not ready for production mode.
Overall, this could be the reason for why no one can find the application on DEC website. Every time JBII changes the system to make it faster, the current data set gather months ago can no longer be used for the application.
This this would add months to getting an approval. Why?
1) 30 day waiting period before stack testing is done (See application for details)
2) Then the stack test (2 days)
3) Another 30 days to compile the data
4) Then submit the application and wait for the DEC
Oh, that is if no other modification are done (again).
