i am still in long here - waiting for 9+. i think they can do it once harbor legislation is passed. i thnk that they will either just roll in the money themselves or be bought out by Shaw - either way - 9+

also i want to be in for a year for the tax issues and my year is up next march - i bought in big after the earnings miss by a penny and the stock tanked
