I just decided to speak up when MNYC decided to call TAON a better play than DGRI - thats all. While it may see short term better gains, I certainly agree, the 'timely' PR today here says they are primed for heavy dilution (from 24m to 77m in 5 months is alot as a %). They also have much less proven reserves, a promise only of a geologic report so nothing 'proven yet', and operations in a corrupt country. Besides current share structure and a few million less debt, I see no reason besides for a few days to hold TAON over DGRI. I am very open to hearing compelling reasons why its better in the long run, but I think this will be much more short lived of a move, but both are definite trading entities.
