Permits are required to drill

drilling core requires water, you can not pull water off the water shead with out a permit. the intake pipe needes to be screened(prevent wild life from being sucked in I.E. salmon) plus you need to have a discharge pit (slurry) min 40'x4'x3'. all has to be inspected,at your expence, once your site has finished its purpose, you must clean up the site and bring it back to pre intrusion. permiting takes time, nak has rapped up it,s drilling season late october.
maybe the lbsr land deal is all aboult tailings why sample a small area that Ztem has proven loo mineral content. don,t build an outhouse on a gold mine?. untill we see ZTem results we will never know
