Proof of market indifference

BOCX is down on low volume again today. I have no idea whether the recent announcement is a huge step forward, but clearly nobody with market clout believes it is.

I hope the company finally commits to regular shareholde communication with a clear plan of action to meet their goals.

Up to now, it has been like watching an anaconda swallow a pig.
