Your right, after reviewing the series of pictures, ranging from Apr to Aug, it's clear that Kepi didn't have a completed project. Now in Oct Dennis Shen came out with a PR stating a money earning project was on line. If you go back and review previous PR's you'll find that DS reported an on going project buildup and not until its completion and plugged in did he put it out into the public realm.
Do you really believe DS put out this last PR as a lie?
Yes, they haven't provided an audit after multiple PR's stating a future time line as to an expected audit, but is that a lie or just not able to meet a projected date. It doesn't show creditability, but it's not a lie? Let's see!
