Spin, I will be the first to agree that s-8's can be very bad, but again

#1 what has been normal with CMKX
#2 why is this company even trading if a scam after all this time
#3 S-8 can be used for example as a merger, etc.
#4 why the dividends?
$5 remember all the talk about retiring shares, hmmm I view that very negative after yesterday's pr! But if you read it closely appears to me of the roughly 2,000 cert holders ole UC and company may be by far the biggest cert holders therefor very low float

When I read the pr yesterday I DID NOT like it but the more I think about it the more I DO like it
