I figure they are accumulating the maximum they can till Next Monday, date where Q3 should be made available.

Not sure if they will try it after that. If this would normally run but being held back like last time all the Forms 4 were released, could have lots of discouragement and another sell off, could be another opportunity for them to accumulate more.

I gues it depends on their timelines.
