Who was the agent of record on the "new lab/corporate headquarters" that we all heard so much about over the final days of Skolnicks days as CEO? Why did Skolnick authorize the final lumpsum payment of whatever limited amount of cash CYGX had in the coffer($400,000 is what come to memory) for payment on a building that he knew they would never occupy? What if any agreement was there in place with the developer/builder of the "lab" for the money paid into the project should CYGX not take occupancy upon completion?
