no boundary parameters, although it could be i if............. It takes two candles to dance i/o.

In the earliest days of this discovery, cci had some confirmation properties making it easier to identify. But confirmations limited the technique to around 70% successful. If you apply all the rules, I believe it is now 90% or greater. I'm gonna send an addendum to what was mailed earlier including a few more insights.
