Audit would have to have been completed for a judge to make a ruling on the BDGR-OOAG case. Judge didn't make a ruling. Why would they not tell their shareholders what the outcome was? Are the owners of either company not the ones who were really on the hook for the outcome?
The "blowhards" as you call them, aren't "bashing". They are posting legitimate and verifiable information which is the complete opposite of what the companies are posting.
