If anyone cares, I voted to reject the plan and DID NOT check the OPT Box, deciding not to tender my shares to the DTC under this POR.. I have faith they will conclude the opt should be made invalid as we are being asked to release them from future litigation without a guaranteed solid cash offer...meanwhile, I can trade, if an agreement is reached to put Preferreds in the money I will not be deprived of distribution, and still hold out hope they invalidate the opt...The important thing is to have as many of us to reject the plan as possible
