We are uplisting and becoming a reporting company. (Proves we have a lot to show the world)

The sale of Berlin - this sale will give us cash that will dramatically pop the stock.

PUC has decided to bend over backwards for us to push-up the hearing date (I doubt they will bend-over backwards just to deny us)
