This firm will cost more than IMGG has in cash thats for sure. The 5 month window mught be down to a few months. Dean will need top do another round here very shortly, Also as the pps approach .19 wharton will not stick aorund. They know what this entails and cost of doing a PMA, If they didnt get out pre NSE you can assured they bail anywhere near the .19...thats if they held any...which I doubt. The 3.5 M traded on Friday was most likely Wharton getting out.
