I've read this post over and over and I'm not sure we're looking
at it correctly. What if the O/S number of 703B is only the number
for shareholders that have certs. As it says.

Another way to look at it is what if the remaining 97B of the 800B
are for shareholders that are using the street name.

What I'm asking I guess, is the 703B all of the O/S or just those
shares in cert form? Maybe we were told only part of the O/S...and
the entire O/S is in fact 800B.

Reread the PR with that thought in mind.
