Think of it this way. A top notch Equity Share Holder Committee at the table at the judges approval. The fact that this has NOT been converted to CH7 yet. The fact that the IRS has backed off for the time being. This company is still alive, and definitely has a good chance of coming out of BK. Copper King is not a balloon! (IMHO)
