Another good question.
I own over 20 million shares, many that post here more than I, try to tear down the company and the stock. I question, why would someone that claims to own no shares in the stock, and have no interest in the company have more of an interest in tearing down the company than I do building it up?
I believe there is a large short position in this stock. I can not prove this because the FTD info has not been updated on EXPH since the last day of July 2009. Since that date, there have been over 6 BILLION shares traded on EXPH without 1 share reported as being failled to deliver. I challnge everyone to find 1 other stock that has not had 1 share FTD in 6 BILLION shares traded in over a year.
Correct me if there are more stocks that qualify.
