There is no D because it wasn't a split of any sort but a buy back. The D is a way to let investors know that the value of the stock was recently affected directly by a split of some sort. With a buyback the value of the stock isn't directly affected, but the trading dynamics are changed. To me its the opposite action of when a company initiates dilution.
This should give the market better value for trading the stock, but so far we haven't seen that, and there seems to be some heavy manipulation occurring if you look at the past week's short lists. On Friday we ended up positive with the buying volume, yet the bid didn't reflect that. Hopefully it will be adjusted accordingly at opening on Monday.
